4eyes principle - e.g. Audit logs of support cases

Whenever there is a 4eyes principle / additional human confirmation. We could have bot to complement the decision. For example decide the urgency with which somebody else has to confirm. Another example: Did the support agent stay within in the scope of the support ticket? Where any other information accessed?
